 Ola! I'm Chardét (Char for short.) I'm a certified nutrition specialist, personal trainer and founder of Brazilian-inspired brand, Corpão Fitness.  

Before entering the fitness industry, I spent years struggling to find time to work out. I was constantly stressed and kept failing at the gym because I had to keep skipping sessions.  

When I finally left the corporate world, I made it my mission to make HOME fitness more fun, interesting, effective and challenging.
