This Reset Plan is designed to be easy for even those who don't cook or who have little time. The recipes use simple ingredients that you can get anywhere!
In the Reset Plan, you'll find guidelines on how to eat for the next 5 days in a healhty way that doesn't involve counting calories or extreme dieting.
For each day, you'll have four meals that you can space out as you want. All recipes are included as well as grocery lists to help make the whole process as easy as possible for you!
If you want to eat more than the four meals, that's completely fine! You can use the guidelines to choose more meals.
The main goal is for you to feel healthier wihout obsessing about food or going hungry!
