Is this workshop LIVE, how does it work?

This workshop was filmed LIVE so you'll definitely feel the energy! But it has been edited and divided into 3 really easy parts that you can watch on demand in your own time. Once you purchase the workshop, you'll get an email with your access link and instructions too on how to download everything so you can keep it forever.

How much time will meal prep take with this method?

Creating your 30 Day Plan will take less than 2 hours. It's so fast once you learn the recipe research and time management strategies! Like any skill, it gets even faster as you get more practice.

In terms of cooking + prep, it will take about 2.5 hours across an entire week. Most people spend nearly double that EVEN with a good plan. But I'm showing you how to maximize your time and organize your healthy choices just right! I've been refining this system for nearly 8 years with clients so I know it works!

Do I need any special equipment?

Nope! I show you how to find recipes that work with what you have in the kitchen and available wherever you live. I give some recommendations to help but these are just bonuses.

Do you give us recipes?

As part of this workshop you'll get 5 recipes to get started with PLUS keywords and search terms on how to find recipes anywhere online. I also do individual videos for 3 different fitness goals where I share my screen with you and show what to look for when you're trying to be healthy. The goal is for you to find at least one great recipe for you in 5 minutes or less.
