Ola! I'm Chardét (Char for short.) I'm a certified nutrition specialist, personal trainer and founder of Brazilian-inspired brand, Corpão Fitness.

Before starting my business, I struggled for many years trying to find the time or the motivation to take care of my body and mind. Once I became a coach, I made it my mission to help other ambitious women so that they could make well-being a priority without tons of time, effort or giving up the things they love. (And I also wanted them to have a LOT of fun while doing it!)

I now help busy women get their diet, workouts, habits and mindsets right in a BALANCED way that works for them.
