KEEP THE WORKOUT VIDEOS
During the Rio Project you can steam your workouts anywhere using your phone, laptop, ipad, TV or stream them.
When your project finsihes, the videos are then yours for good. Just download them to keep them as long as you like!
NO DIETING INVOLVED
There's no counting or crazy restriction involved in the Rio Project just healthy eating guidelines that you follow for the duration of the Project.
The goal is to get you eating in a balanced way so that all your progress is sustainable, no more yo-yo results!

Ola! I'm Chardét (Char for short.) I've been in fitness for over a decade now and practiced everything from martial arts to barre. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer with experience training clients from ages 13 to 75, men and women of all abilities from around the world. I've taught classes in boutique studios in New York and most major gyms in London. I'm now ready to coach you in the comfort of your own home.
The philosophy behind the Rio Project is one that I've developed over a decade. I live and breathe it and I've taught my clients to do the same. Those who follow it are fit YEARS later - some fitter than me! I'll motivate you without being too "bootcampy." I always keep your workouts fun, creative and just a little bit different. Most importantly, I've been where you are and I know how to get you further.
Your Full Rio Project is £120 ($152.) This includes 36 workout videos that are yours to download and +50 recipes that are yours to use for as long as you want them.
In total, you get six weeks of nutriton coaching and workouts for the average price of 2 PT sessions. The difference? You'll make a whole lot more progress with the Rio Project!
