I've designed this program so that you start to see results QUICKLY without tons of time or equipment following the provided training schedule. Whether you are are a beginner or an advanced, you will find that you will get great results if you stick to the plan!

You'll do 3 to 5 mini workouts per week. You choose whether you want to do 15 min sessions or 30 minute sessions by combining different videos (combo recommendations are included.)

The workouts are designed to fatigue the muscles quickly which is why you don't need a long session. That means that we work to get the most out of every single rep, have very little rest time between exercises and use combinations that make the most of working the abs from multiple angles and in multiple ways.

I'm a Brazilian-American NASM certified personal trainer with experience training women of all abilities from around the world. I've taught classes in boutique studios in New York and most major gyms in London. I'm now ready to coach you in the comfort of your own home.  

My method and coaching is all about sustainable results. I want you to feel good and be healthy from the inside out FOR GOOD. If you follow the minimum training schedule correctly then you will see visible results in just 21 days! If you want to fast track or magnify results then you can do the more intense training schedules provided in the program. (There are three different options given.)

COULD I JUST GET THESE RESULTS ON MY OWN OR WITH YOUTUBE?
If you know how to put together a full training system, combine the right workouts so they work together and come up with a set training schedule then potentially you could. I like to compare doing a training program to learning a new skill. Can you do it on your own? Absolutely! Can you do it as fast, as well and with same results on your own vs. with the knowledge at your fingertips? Not as likely.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO DO THE WORKOUTS?
You'll need to do at least 3x workout sessions per week to get results. These sessions can be as short as 15 minutes each.

WHAT KIND OF EXERCISES SHOULD I EXPECT?
