The Rio Plan is your solution to making workouts work for you. You'll get 400+ workouts to choose from so that you never get bored, with new ones added each week.
All workouts are low impact/no jumping but VERY effective so you can do them anywhere. There is no equipment required. I do give suggestions on weights, bands, etc so you can add them if you have them! Your access to a real PT will also make the difference so you know these movements are EFFECTIVE but also safe. .

What's the minimum commitment?
You start with a 7 day trial and can cancel anytime before it runs out at no charge. After that membership renews monthly. Cancel anytime before next monthly renewal date by emailing team@corpaofitness.com
Can anyone join? What's the availability?
Yes anyone can join! As long as you're cleared for exercise, you are welcome to come on board.
How long will I need to stay on the Rio Plan in order to see results?
One month. Seriously, that's it. If you do the workouts, you will feel stronger and healthier in four weeks.
How do I cancel my Rio Plan?
Simply email team@chardetryel.com at least one day BEFORE your plan is set to renew.
Can I get a refund on my Rio Plan?
