When I first started my fitness journey, I was following what I thought was the best and latest nutrition advice. I was also working a very intensive job and studying full time. All of this left me exhausted.

I was just barely meeting my fitness goals and feeling like I would never be the right weight or shape. After years of struggle, I finally hit on something that worked. It's simple but very powerful:

I became extremely fit training much less than I had before and eating much more because I found workouts I LIKED and could do in a short amount of time, most the time.

Q & A

What's the minimum commitment to join the Rio Plan?

The minimum commitment is one month. You can choose to renew or discontinue once your pass expires.

Can anyone join? What's the availability? 

Yes anyone can join! As long as you're cleared for exercise, you are welcome to come on board.

How long will I need to stay on the Rio Plan in order to see results?

One month. Seriously, that's it. If you do the workouts, you will feel stronger, fitter and healthier in four weeks. 

How do I cancel my Rio Plan?

Your plan will automatically stop after your pass expires. You don't have to do anything. You'll get an email a week before your Rio Plan is scheduled to end asking if you want to continue. 

Can I get a refund on my Rio Plan? 

Refunds are not available for the Rio Plan. Please ask the questions you need to before making the decision to join. I'm here to answer them, just scroll down and click that green button to reach me!
