I've started from zero, with no fitness experience and no athletic background. (I was always the last one picked for gym class.) After gaining a lot of weight and feeling self conscious, I made the deicsion to get fit because I wanted to feel energized, strong and powerful. This is what I want to help you achieve as well!
I've now been fit for over twelve years and praticed pretty much every fitness thing out there from martial arts to barre. I've taught women in boutique studios in New York, on the beaches of Rio and in major gyms in London. I'm now ready to coach you in the comfort of your own home!

How fit do I need to be to do the Rio Project?
You can be a complete beginner! The Rio Project is designed so that we focus on foundational movements and then progress to harder, more complicated exercises but don't worry, you'll be ready for them! The program also includes many modifications so you choose the level of difficulty for each exercise - that includes more advanced options if you want them! You will always be able to work out at a level that is challenging but doable for you!
How long until I see results?
This depends on YOU! How closely you follow the training schedule and meal guidelines will determine your success. I've seen clients have visibly more toned arms and tummies within two weeks because they put in the work!
Is there any special equipment required for the Rio Project?
Nope! You don't even need shoes! This is a low impact, no jumping or running program that you can do anywhere. It is helpful to have a yoga mat but not essential.
Is there anyone that should not do the Rio Project?
Yes, if you are currently pregnant, injured or advised to avoid strenuous physical activity by a doctor then you should not do the Rio Project at this time. If you're unsure about your fitness level, consult a doctor to get professional advice on whether an exercise program like the Rio Project is right for you.
I really hate home workout videos, should I still do the Rio Project?
This depends on you. Try the workout video sample on this page and see what you think. If you feel that you could work with my style, then definitely come join us! If you feel that it's too hard to focus or you're not sure you could do a home workout program, consider an alternative that would work better for you.
Is there a money back guarantee on the Rio Project?
Yes! If you show me you genuinely did the work for 21 days and didn't get results, we will refund you 100% of your investment. Note that to be eligible for a refund you will need to submit photos at the start of your program and at the end of 21 days as well as submit your daily meal diaries to show you did the work.
